Instead of extracting coffee flavours and aroma only to freeze dry and add water back in, we focus on roasting Robusta beans in our ISO-22000 Certified roastery in Singapore to achieve the distinctive bittersweet roast that Singaporeans know and love. The caramelised coffee beans are then ground, packed and sealed within the same day to lock in the freshness and the aroma! Our Local Steep Coffee bags offer robust traditional coffee in the most convenient and fuss-free way - simply steep for 3 minutes in hot water and press gently on the bag to maximise the taste with minimum hassle.
